Had this funny thing the other day.
Bought 3 x cisco WAP371 and one Zyxel GS1900-8HP PoE switch.
Accesspoints were rated a 17W peak power consumption, and the switch with a total of 70W max, well all should be good 🙂
I connected the accesspoints one by one, when I connected number 3, I did’nt turn on, I disconnected number 2, and number 3 came on! 🙁
It was clearly a power issue, I found out i had to change this setting in the switch:

So the switch was in a mode where it reserved 31,2W per port as per classification (class4), changing the setting, made it go for the total power use of all ports (You have to use this carefully, if a unit uses more power than the switchs total, you can get unstable results, but in my case, there will only be theese 3 accesspoints ever on this switch)
